Schaltbau > Optimized contactors for stationary and mobile industrial applications

Germany, Munich – Contactor featuring optimized coil

Optimized contactors for stationary and mobile industrial applications
Both mobile and stationary industrial applications require a great variety of different switching tasks. Battery powered systems, for instance, require load switches which offer high performance at a favourable price.
Whether used as main contactor of battery-powered industrial trucks or sweepers, as auxiliary contactor for controlgear of industrial installations or as switching element of emergency stop switches in renewable energy applications – one thing these rugged electromechanical components have in common: thanks to their high overload capability as well as reliability and attractive price structure they have become virtually indispensable for such applications.

Expanded the proven C110 series product line

With the cost-effective and resource-saving C110B contactor series Schaltbau has expanded its proven C110 Series product line in order to take full account of the particular electrical and environmental aspects of changing load requirements. Thus Schaltbau can offer a contactor featuring optimized coil, reinforced contacts and an extremely attractice price/performance ratio.
4 contactor sizes are available to cover electrical ratings from 60 A up to 300 A at common rated operating voltages. A closed contact housing is standard with these contactors. It prevents the ingress of dust and dirt and by this reduces pollution of the contacts considerably.
