Technical solution with high productivity for cutting and welding metal sheets

TTM Laser machines can process tubes with diameters ranging from 12 to 815 mm and lengths to 18,000 mm, while the cutting and welding of metal sheets can be performed on pieces with dimensions of 3,000 mm x 12,000 mm and more.

All tube and metal sheet cutting plants are equipped with a 3D laser cutting head. Tube Tech Machinery machines are governed by a powerful and user-friendly CAD-CAM system and represent the most advanced technology available today in the global market.

Tube laser cutting machine: FL 170 3D Fiber, designed for different shapes and materials

FL 170 3D Fiber can machine tubes and profiles of different shapes and material and it is designed to be fast, user-friendly, safe, reliable and flexible.

The machine employs Laser technology and processes round tubes ranging from 12 to 168 mm / from 0.5” to 6,6” and squared tubes up to 120×120 mm / 4.7” x 4.7”.

FL 170  can load tubes from 6,5 m/ 21’ up to 12,5 meters/ 41’ and it is equipped with a 2 self-centring mandrels.

Excellent performance in terms of acceleration and speed as well as the high precision in the whole working field are granted. The machine utilizes Fiber -laser technology and is equipped with a 3D cutting head.
